
Shortly about 11:55 p.m. yesterday, June 9, an off-duty police officer discovered a collision on Main Road in Biggin Hill area.
When London Ambulance Service personnel arrived on the site, they discovered two teenage guys hurt.

Soon later, one of the boys was declared dead at the site.
Specialized officers have been notified and are providing help to his family.
After receiving care at the hospital, the second boy’s condition was determined to be non-life-threatening.
He has now been brought to a police station in south London after being arrested in connection with the inquiry.
Although the car did not stop at the site, detectives think the motorcycle might have been close to it at the moment of the collision.
To find that car and its passengers and determine whether it was involved in the collision, police are conducting ongoing investigations.
On Sunday, June 9, at approximately 23:58 hours, an off-duty police officer discovered a motorcycle that had been involved in a collision on Main Road in Biggin Hill, according to a Metropolitan Police spokesperson.
Before the London Ambulance Service arrived, first assistance was given to two individuals, both of whom were teens.
“Sadly, one of the boys, who was 17 years old, was declared dead at the site despite the efforts of rescue services.

Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, situated in Catford, are in charge of the Met’s investigation.
The motorbike may have been near a car at the time of the crash, according to the detectives, but the car did not stop at the site.
To find that car and its occupant or occupants and determine whether it contributed to the crash, investigations are still underway.
